• No personal details which can identify you are ever given out or made available on the website
• We will alter or refuse to publish any messages which we consider unsuitable

Our rules for taking part

• Personal details are to be kept private – Any information that can identify you will NOT be posted in the guestbook and/or discussion forum.This includes mobile numbers, email addresses, personal websites such as ‘My space’ and places where you may meet up with your friends.
• Choose a suitable screen name – If you decide to use a name other than your own, please make sure it is not rude, offensive and/or provocative, such as Slinky Sue or Foxy Chick. Surnames will not be published.
• Keep messages clean! – Any rude, offensive, nasty or confrontational messages will not be posted.
• Keep to the point – The guestbook and discussion forum are for sharing thoughts, opinions and generating debate about tobacco issues. They are NOT for flirting, arranging to meet up or advertising. This will not be tolerated and messages of this nature will not be posted.
• Be yourself! – You might be a fan of Madonna or Robbie Williams but don’t pretend to be them on-line in either the discussion forum and/or guestbook. Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not.
• Stretchy text! – Stretching messages uses unnecessary space in the guestbook and discussion forum. Please don’t extend words, for example, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase or xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Either keep words short or put regular spacing in between them.
• Keep messages clear – messages need to be clear and easy to understand. Avoid jargon, code and/or language which aren’t English.
• HAVE FUN and enjoy using the discussion forum and guestbook
