Wirral Coastal Walk
You can choose to walk the full 15 miles along the stunning Wirral coast or complete the shorter 4 or 10 mile route - it's completely up to you!
It costs just £5 for adults to register and £1 for children which will go to the Rotary Club of North Wiral who organise the event. All money raised through sponsorship will support people living with lung cancer.
It costs £17.82 to provide access to information services in person and online for each person living with lung cancer. 1643 people are diagnosed every year in Merseyside. We want to raise £29,278 from the Wirral Walk to provide information services for every person diagnosed in the region, so we're asking walkers to raise a minimum of £36 each. Every person that signs up will ensure that 2 patients from Merseyside will get the best possible support.
Dogs are welcome. Buses are available between 12.30pm and 5.30pm from Thurstaston (the finish) to West Kirby Station (£1 donation) and Thurstaston and Seacombe Ferry Terminal (£3 donation.)
How many patients can you support through your Wirral Walk?
If you are passionate about raising awareness and funds to help people living with lung cancer, join our team, get sponsored by your friends and family and walk along one of the North West's most scenic routes.
